How to Order Products?

  1. Choose a suitable product and review its description.
  2. Add the desired product to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
  3. To proceed with your order, click the “Cart” button on the right side of the screen and select “Proceed to Checkout.” This will open the “Cart Summary” page.
  4. Review your cart contents to ensure the quantities are correct. To adjust product quantities, use the “+” and “–” buttons next to each item.
  5. To remove a product from your cart, click the “X” button.

Checkout Registration is required to place an order. All personal data collected by My Magic OÜ during the ordering process is treated as confidential information. During checkout, select a preferred delivery method. Available options are Itella and DPD parcel lockers.

Payment Options in the myMagic Online Store:

  • Bank Link Payment – Payments are processed by Montonio Finance OÜ. Payment occurs outside of the myMagic.ee online store in a secure environment, through the bank’s secure gateway. The seller does not have access to your bank details. The contract is valid once the payment is credited to the myMagic online store’s account.
  • Payment by Bank Transfer – After order confirmation, you will receive an invoice and payment details via email.

After payment is received, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. We will ship your order at the earliest opportunity and notify you via email once it’s dispatched.

Delivery Options

Order Cancellation You may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. To cancel, email us at: sales@mymagic.ee. We will process your cancellation as soon as possible.

Return Policy If there’s an issue with the purchased item or if it doesn’t meet your expectations, email us within 14 days at sales@mymagic.ee. Returns are accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the customer’s account.

Complaints All complaints are resolved through negotiation in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act. Please contact us if you encounter any issues.

Prices All prices listed in the online store include 22% VAT (Value Added Tax) of the Republic of Estonia. Prices may vary between the online store and physical locations.
